I was in a public transport on my way home from oshodi some years ago. I was still living with my parents at the time and had come home for holidays from school, gone to buy some things and headed back home to mangoro from oshodi. As we approached my busstop, I heard in my head, tell the young man beside you that I care about him. Ehm.. I turned slightly to my left side and said to the guy sitting next to me, He cares about you. He looked at me and said, "how can He care about me and all that is happening to me is happening to me?"
At this point the bus was already passing by my busstop, I made a mental note to kukuma alight at the next busstop and walk back home. The young man and I had a light short conversation. One I can't recall the content of right now and honestly, I wonder what we talked about. By the time I alighted, I could tell the guy was feeling better and we said our goodbyes.
Thinking back now, I remember I kept wondering about the whole incident. Fact that the guy didn't asked who I meant said he cared and he didn't look surprised at all. Even me didn't argue with the voice. He didn't ask questions, we just kinda flowed in it like it was ongoing ever before we started talking. It's still beats me and every time I remember that incidence, I wondered if I eavedropped on a conversation or is it that I was invited to join in on it ni?
Hmmm..
